System Analysis and Solution Assistance On Demand
Hyland OnBase is a configurable Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system requiring trained, knowledgeable systems analysts to provide day-to-day support and maintenance. Solution support provides assistance to trained systems analysts for these tasks. FileSolve will manage any support for expansion or revamp of the solution (e.g., new departments, new workflows, new functionality, significant system upgrades) within a defined project.

A Solutions Consultant will plan a visit or a call on an annual basis, at the customer’s convenience, to review existing licenses and solutions, discuss support history, and consider if there are other areas that might benefit from ECM solutions.

Project Services are associated with the implementation of a system, department, or module, requiring a project definition or statement of work. Projects can be small (two hours to install and configure a new module) to large (solution replacement or new department deployment). In all cases, projects have a timeline along with opening and closing milestones. Once completed, FileSolve can provide ongoing support for ECM solutions and document scanning services.
