A Health Care System comprised of two hospitals and a number of medical clinics had filled a 20,000 square foot facility with records. Needless to say, the system had started to break.
We implemented a complete file room operation, even running a 12 trip a day courier system between all the locations. Then we built a scanning and document management system, so that important medical information could be accessed whenever and wherever it was needed. Finally, we freed up valuable and scarce storage space by moving old records off-site yet keeping them available at a moment’s notice.
