case study 05 – Associations

An Alumni Association needs to know everything about their alumni. After all, that’s where the donations come from. So, it’s no surprise that their files might get out of control. From newspaper clippings to copies of canceled checks to memorabilia of all shapes and sizes, an active base of Alumni can generate a lot of files. But what do you do, when you want to take everything paperless?

We scanned a two-story house worth of documents of all shapes and sizes and correctly inventoried them in a software platform that the Alumni association was already using. Then, for the 10% of stuff that simply wouldn’t or couldn’t be scanned, we indexed everything and gave it special storage in our secure facility in Charlotte. Now, information on an extensive network of potential donors is only a click away.
