If you put all these people in a room together, they would naturally arrange themselves up by height. Or perhaps alphabetical order. The point is, these are the guys who can take any filing problem and whip it into shape. Or, more importantly, the shape you need.

Denny Hammack, President
Denny has been in the filing, storage and records management business for over 25 years. Along the way, he’s held every job title except “filing cabinet.”
Now, he’s the seasoned (and passionate) leader of our mission to solve the filing problems of the world. Denny, a UVA grad, has been a member of the Johnston YMCA board for 14 years, enjoys coaching youth sports and teaching Sunday School.

Peter Jacobson, Vice President of Operations
Peter knows so much about this industry, that he even remembers what kind of filing cabinet Denny Hammack worked as.
A graduate of Rowan University with over 25 years of industry experience, Peter brings extensive expertise in all facets of document management services. Peter refined his skills at an international insurance brokerage company, a domestic tobacco company and a leading records management vendor. Peter’s expertise includes records management, file room management, mail and office services, document imaging, and process reengineering in the corporate services areas. Peter is a past board member of the Greater Charlotte Postal Customer Council, IMAresource.com and the Piedmont Chapter of ARMA and is a current member of PRISM International and the University City Kiwanis Club. Peter loves hanging out on the soccer field with his family and playing golf.

Carlos Jimenez, Manager of Software Support and Sales
Carlos is so tech savvy, that he has trouble understanding why anyone would want an actual filing cabinet.
Carlos works with customers to develop complete software-based solutions. He takes projects from training all the way through post-installation support and ensures total client satisfaction. In the last five years, he has spear-headed implementation projects for clients such as Suwannee River Water Management, Bacardi USA, Palm Beach County, Darden Restaurants, Hartford Insurance, University of Miami, and the Florida Department of Transportation. He continues to provide technical support and expertise to these clients and many others. When he’s not supporting clients, good bet he’s cheering on one of his Boston teams – Red Sox, Celtics and Patriots.

Tommy Hinson, Chief Information Officer
Tommy is aware that Denny once worked as a filing cabinet but is a little uncomfortable with someone who brags about being so “old school.”
With a B.S. (Western Carolina University) and M.S. (University of North Carolina in Charlotte) in Computer Science, Tommy has 24 years of experience in the field of information technology and technology management. He was Senior IS Manager for Schneider Electric, a global electrical distribution products company, for 13 years where he managed business and engineering systems across multiple locations. As Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for United Mortgage and Loan, he was responsible for all technology company-wide. Prior to joining us, he was employed by Bank of America as Vice President of Security & Network Services; Infrastructure Support. In his present position as CIO, Tommy’s management of all IT operations includes invaluable leadership and skilled company-wide technology direction. When Tommy is not on the computer, he enjoys his roles of husband, dad and middle school youth leader. He even finds time occasionally to fish for Spanish and King Mackerel.
