Denny Hammack, CEO
Denny has been in the filing, storage and records management business for over 25 years. Today, he’s the seasoned leader of our mission to solve the world’s filing problems. A UVA grad, Denny has been a member of Charlotte’s Johnston YMCA board for 20 years. He enjoys coaching, mentoring young men and staying active at his church. He and his wife have two children, Cole and Carly.
Tommy Hinson, Chief Information Officer/Chief Security Officer
Tommy helps plan and implement protections against security breaches and vulnerability issues – for our enterprise IT system, business operations as a whole and our facility itself. He is also responsible for auditing existing systems and directing the administration of security policies, activities, and standards. Tommy has degrees in computer science (from Western Carolina and UNC-Charlotte), CISSP certification and more than 25 years of experience in IT and technology management.
When Tommy is not on the computer, he enjoys his roles of husband, dad and middle school youth leader. He even finds time occasionally to fish for Spanish and King Mackerel.
Charlotte Glover, Director of Information Management/Privacy Officer
Charlotte is a UVA grad with more than 15 years in the industry. Her role includes compliance, contract management, business continuity and disaster recovery planning. She develops, implements and maintains FileSolve’s policies and procedures to achieve compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
Charlotte’s exuberance for gardening rivals her passion for process improvement.
Dan Knezevic, Director of PMO
How much does Dan love organization? So much so that when he and his family recently moved to a new home, he created a project plan and Gantt chart!
With a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in his native Ohio and an MA from the University of Denver, Dan is a client-focused problem-solver at heart. An expert at delivering projects on time and under budget, his efforts have included a multi-million dollar appropriations bills in the U.S. Senate and implementing biometric policy for the Department of Defense.
Dan loves spending time with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys running and supporting his Cleveland and Ohio State sports teams.
Meredith Ritchie, Director of BPO Solutions
Meredith knows how to improve the entire active workflow process – be it digital or paper. She boasts more than 20 years’ experience working with business clients in the banking and staffing industries. Incredibly determined and focused, she won’t stop until her clients are happy. Meredith is a graduate of the IU Kelley School of Business and received her MBA from Butler University in 1999.
Meredith is an active church lay leader and loves raising three great teenagers. They’re triplets by the way. Think she doesn’t see the value in outsourcing?!
Karen Ruff, Director BPO Operations
Karen is a woman who gets things done. She’s in charge of our rapidly growing imaging team and manages its day-to-day operations. She can smell wasted time and an extra step in a workflow from across the building. And she knows all the ways to turn stacks of paper into well-organized, classified, tagged and easily retrievable digital files.
Prior to joining FileSolve, Karen was the operations collateral manager for Equifirst (Barclay’s) Capital, where she led a 30-member team responsible for processing their loan documents. She has more fun working with us.
Kelly Green, Director of ECM Solutions
With more than 25 years’ combined experience in the document management and ECM industries, Kelly Green knows his stuff. Passing on that knowledge to others to help change their work lives through the power of business process automation is a passion. Being so familiar with making positive waves, it will come as no surprise that outside of work, Kelly is a fan of biking, swimming and waterskiing. Married for nearly 30 years with two children, he is equally skilled at managing multiple priorities.
